Humorous poem about the desire to stop exercising.

Are you ready to exercise?

Sit-ups, Push-Ups,

I just want to throw up.

I’m exhausted

And can’t keep up this pace.

Jumping Jacks,

No time to relax.

I’m completely out of gas.

I’m finished.

I’m giving up this chase.

Exercise is killing me.

I can’t take it anymore.

I’m done with all this fitness.

I’m walking out the door.

Good grief.

What a relief.

I’m feeling better already.

Say, say,

Hip, hip, hooray.

No more exercise today.

Time for me to take a break.

I’m going to down this delicious milkshake.

Yummy!

I used to take daily walks…to a doughnut shop! We all need the right incentive to exercise.
