A poem about disguises and how people hide behind them never letting the real "you" show through.

Oh the facades we hide behind
Telling everyone, that we are fine
If only we were truly wise
We would take off our disguise
The masks are not actually real
They just cover up how we feel

Inside we cry, we yell, we scream
Can I awaken from this dream
It’s not who we really are
Have we taken this road too far
Is there a way to come back
and for our minds to get on track
At last, again to finally just be
Before the facade hid me from me
