A poem that I wrote during my high school years.
Why can’t you see
I’m lost and can’t find my way
Doesn’t love understand?
Or is it my tear-soaked hands?
I know such lonely feeling
All these wounds kept bleeding
Don’t you ever try talking
Or tell me you’re deserving
Why can’t you see
I’m always waiting for you
Even if the winds blow
Here I am anticipating love grow
Nothing more to say
If you ain’t gonna stay
Even where there’s nothing
Can’t you see that I’m waiting?
