On a recent trip to the Catskill Mountains.

As I look out to the mountains, which seem to reach the sky.  Fall foliage has come a glow.  Leaves, bold in red, brown, and gold.

I think I’ll take a walk outside, the air crisp and cold.  The peacefulness embodies your soul.  Your stress seems to be on hold, if only it could last a lifetime, and never go.

Standing in the woods, as if you are the only one alive.  No one else around for miles.  Take one last fresh of air and remember this little piece of tranquility.  Beautiful memories of serenity I shall have
