Sitting by the fireplace

having a glass of red wine

while the kids enjoy

some yummy hot chocolate

with added marshmallows

The day has been long

you been outside in the snow

building a snowman

and having fun together

Then you borrowed a sledge

and Luca lost a glove

You spent hours and hours

looking for it

but it was no where

to be found

Then Stella complained

that she was hungry

so you went back inside

and had the kids favorite meal

spaghetti with tomato sauce

It is bed time soon so you tell

the kids to go brush their teeth

They are very tired

so they do not complain

and are straight up in bed

without their usual

good night story

You go up to check

on them and give them

their good night kiss

Then you go back down again

to enjoy some quality time

with your husband
