Work but do not overwork.
Maybe you think you have too much living,
So you’re adding hours to your day and night,
By cutting out on rest and more waking hours is spent
Forming a habit of less than six hours night sleep
-Difficulty waking up in the morning
-Inability to concentrate and an impaired memory
-Falling asleep in work or in class
-Moodiness, irritability, depression and anxiety
are signs of your bad situation
Caffeine, nicotine, alcohol and stimulants
Can hinder you to rest in deep sleep
The kind of sleep that fuels and repair
Our body cells for the next day of action
If you think you are on this level
Try to start reminiscing all over again
That one life is very important to enjoy it
And one chance to prove or otherwise, LIVE IT!
