A poem I wrote from an online writing challenge.

It is pitch black out here on the ocean.

A vicious wind is starting to howl.

A fierce hurricane is quickly approaching,

giving me the worse scare of my life.

I can feel our large boat tipping over,

as killer waves crash onto the deck.

A thick misty fog is now rolling in,

giving the night an eerie appearance.

I wish I could escape from the storm,

but there is nowhere for me to hide.

Well done, I couldn’t immagine the fright of being on the water during a storm, it’s scarry enough on land, in any case looks like you did well in the challenge keep up the great writting :)
