Financial reform is a must
To gain our country’s public trust.
But if Congress fails to act,
Then the public must react.
No more bailouts.
No more obscene bonuses.
No more gambling with our money
On risky ventures.
No more sending our economy into a tailspin
Because of the big bankers greed and whim.
Time to make our voices clear.
Demonstrate and show no fear.
And if they still fail to change their ways,
Vote them out of office on election day.
