Finding Peace at the Ocean’s Shore

Finding peace is an essential part of human survival in this hectic world. Peace is all around us, if we just look.

I am standing at the edge of the ocean’s shore, searching. The sun is slowly and softly saying good night . The waves rolled ashore and gently kissed my feet, only to retreat. I wrap my mind around all that I see, all the beauty and mysteries abounded. I feel God’s kiss as the wind strokes my face. Then, I hear Him say, “This is peace. Good night my sweet, this is peace.”

The water, be it ocean, waterfalls or just a fountain in the city, seems to soothe me when I am down. Very nice piece. I am surprise you don’t have more comments on this.

There is nothing like a peaceful walk on the beach. I have done this from time to time.

I try to find peace in my life as often as I can. The ocean shore also sounds like a good place for that.
