This is about the contrasting natures of the moths and the fireflies…
Fireflies are like stars fallen
From the ventilators of the heavens
To dance in the silence of the silken night
On standing silhouettes with branching arms
Like comets that have dropped to the earth
With tails ablaze in the canopying sky
The shower resembling miniature celestial cascades
Of golden sparks flying around
Or akin to a shower of angel dust
-Golden manna of hope and fortune
They fly around now like a constellation of stars
In perpetual motion
Spreading the aura of good luck around
In the dark dejection of the night
That suffocates with ebon strangling fingers
Removing the last breathe of aspirations
From the nostrils of the worldly crowd
The fluorescent tiny bulbs of Nature
Fly on invisible wings
To dissipate the impending gloom
They are like tears of Eos floating as pearls of bliss
Or like drops of elixir of purity and ecstasy
The fireflies engage in intricate dances
Their integral light spreading radiance
When the moon has gone into hibernation
And the drapes of clouds hide
The scattered neons of the twinkling stars
The moths entranced by lunar refulgence
-The silver serene ,glowing countenance
That showers tranquility on the earth
Dance in frenzy around the flames
Camouflaged ,in their enchanted eyes
As the serene ethereal beauty of the heavens
They sing of their inimitable profound love
Under their breathe And are burnt to ashes chasing
Devious mirages of love and joy
So those that find light within
Spread radiance all around
And those that chase elusive lights
Of distant dreams
Are left with vacuum alone…
