For the children.

We pal around

We play around

We run around together

I read to him from my storybooks

He sits and listens well

When he puts his little paw upon my knee

I know it’s time for lunch

With our stomachs full

We’re off to play again

We romp around

We stomp around

Then off we go to take a nap

He always wakes before me

Waiting patiently by my side

Back outside we go to play

We run and skip around

We race around until we fall

Exhausted to the ground

It’s time to go inside my friend

We’ve had a busy day

For tomorrow is another day

And we’ll run and play some more
