Many of the homes today are blessed with many utilities
To assist in the housework and whilst other are luxuries
Not having to use much physical exertion people become rotund
All you can see is layer of fat and blubber all around.
Chronic illnesses like diabetes and hypertension
Condition usually associated with and aging population
Have now inflicted pain on our children and adolescent
This have cause some parents to be very despondent.
Fast food outlets have be put on notice by the Health Authority
To make some changes in their cooking ingredient immediately
And make of the school cafeterias and canteen were included too
That a change in their diets is something the also must do.
Those who were proactive realize that it was time for some action
That in their lives there should make an adjustment to avert a grave situation
Going to gyms and making the circuit on all those equipments
Because it was time to tone tighten those flabby departments.
Then there are those who will rather walk, run or jog.
Some got so addicted that they even do them in a fog
Other who prefer neither but find something else they like
Would rather use as a fitness routine a long ride on a bike.
As it is good to have choices therefore some go to a formal train center
And spend sometime in under the watchful eyes of a certified trainer
Who will put them through a rigid routine and will curb those bad eating habits
Re-enforcing that for any form of results they must follow the prescribe diets
Again some would resort to the internet using those sources of dot net
For any form of information that they can get
Looking at the exercised and reading all that relevant information
Then use some form of excuse and lapse into a state of procrastination.
In the meanwhile other resort to some form of sport or start
By trying or investing in one of those may and varied oriental art
Then may will most definitely find some comfort in yoga
Saying it is something they can do at any hour.
This have brought something very important to the fore
Lat us resort to the way things were done in times before
Do not let our children laze around with game so sedentary
Let them go out side run around and play getting involve in some physical activity/
It is import that as we grow and mature should take some time
To make time for some form of exercise for both body and mind
We should always keep both alert and full of energy
This is also backed up by a diet that to them is complementary.
