Five great foods.

1. Avocado- Avocado has been known to have great qualities that affect and better skin quality.

2. Berries- All kinds of berries help skin thanks to the nutrients in them and also do very well when protecting skin cells.

3. Lemon juice is a great natural bleach that helps against freckles and various sunspots.

4. Watermelon- Watermelon is an amazing and delicious fruit that actually really helps skin thanks to the amount of water in it. Sometimes taking care of your skin tastes good.

5. Finally and for most, WATER, your body, your skin, your everything needs water. Your skin cells rejoice when you hydrate them with pure water. (Not soups or sodas.) So drink as much water as you can, because water in one of the major components your body needs to stay young and healthy.
