Flowers keep the gloom away

And feelings of despair

By adding to the beauty

Of landscapes everywhere.

Honored and acknowledged,

They are but well-respected,

Assuring loyalty and love,

So famously accepted;

A means of recognizing,

Caring and expressing;

A heart and spirit booster;

A comfort and a blessing;

A source of celebration

Of love in every way,

Providing solace to the sick

When things appear so gray!

Flowers hold a special place

Nature aptly chose

For them, indeed, so pleasurably

That Nature only knows.

Flowers are ambassadors

Of goodwill all around,

Friendships and relationships

To which we may be bound;

Inspiring and promoting

Substantially a part

Of industry and commerce

And every field of art.

Flowers symbolize the joy

Of knowing that we strive

To stay in touch with Nature,

So vibrant and alive!
