The Footprints of Life create various memories…

Footprints left in the sands of time,
Can never be washed away.
They are worth more than gold and dime,
No matter what mortal men may say.
Memories can be bitter sweet,
With people who part and the ones we meet.
For life is but a two way street,
Some form memories whilst others we greet.
No matter where your life may go,
May you look within and always know.
Life is lived through day by day,
Making a memory in every way.
Footprints left on the deep recesses of the heart,
Remain forever never to part.
For these people we lovingly meet,
To share a life that is ever so sweet.
Each memory within is so close and discreet,
Each meeting a pleasure and a wonderful treat.
Each seed of love on that fertile silt,
Will be a tree of experience in memory built.
No matter how or when we part,
You are always precious in my heart.
For every seed in that fertile seat shall grow,
A feeling so tender for the world to know.
Footprints left in pain and strife,
Leave memories within that cut like a knife.
They haunt forever each minute each day,
Whilst one prays for them to go away.
Each memory filled with hurt and pain,
Will form experience for one to gain.
May all your suffering never be in vain,
As you move on from that painful lane.
No matter what you say or do,
Those memories kill a heart so true.
They may come back to you but see,
That hurt and pain’s always a bitter memory.
For words once spoken,
Glass once broken,
For all toil and efforts will be in vain,
For it can never be fixed to make it whole again.
Choose your footprints and wisely use,
They are forever never to lose.
May they forever always be,
The most unforgettable great memory,
