Well, that’s it, all my chores done.

Top to bottom, first a damp cloth,

Or wash, depending on size and make

Then the polish, hover, and clean every

Picture frame, canvas, tables and bookcase

cabinets Computer corners three

Oh! and a full washing too,

Every dish, soup bowl, cup or mug

Cushions couches carpet hard wood

Stairs, and loo…. Phew!

Done!

Now! I’m going to rip the wet stuff.

Cook my favourite toast n beans

Run a hot bath, bubbles too!

Nice cold glass, of my favourite brew!!

Get out my new house coat,

Put it on a hot rack….

T, it all right for Trish getting back

She will enjoy all of that.
