Forever Changed       3/3/06 – Susan Varo

I met him once on a city street

Then once again it was so strange

He does not know what he has done

But for me I’m forever changed

Twice in one lifetime

How could it possibly be

The winds of changes are coming

And have brought my destiny

He awakened a place within me

That have been dreaming much too long

I am filled with music and excitement

Like hearing a tune to a favorite song

Never has one with such a spirit

Could make my spirit soar

I guess just once was not enough

It just had to be done once more

It’s been a heavenly confirmation

My eyes have been opened wide

My heart is filled with pleasure

A gift has been placed inside

I hope this journeys just beginning

And my destinations will have no end

I pray that my experiences will stay with me

So my memory can go back again

For now I am just living

My life has been rearranged

From those two brief moments

I am forever changed
