This poem is an abstract write that displays relevance to a particular aspect of humanity’s character.

As the format of my heart is structured
Each margin aligned with prudence
I capitalize the proper emotion
To accentuate the correct mental font
Sometimes backspacing to edit impurities
As well as inserting tables to graph proper improvements
And yet I forgot to save as!

Mental freeze, a deleted disease,
Whatever! I Forgot to save as,
And now I search for practical format
To renew prudent margin alignment,
But keep running into lower case emotions
That distort and italicize mental font
That accentuates the underlined line fact
That I was ruffled…

Yes, I panicked because I forgot to save as
Focused on preview and the intellect of spell check,
The insertion of truth…
That is until cut, copy and paste was used
And now as I calmly reflect,
I realize that I clicked file, edit, view, insert, format, tools, table
But forgot all about HELP!

That is an interesting metaphor, Patrick. It’s something you have to read a few times and really think about the message. I would like to hear it performed live; it seems like it would be a good spoken word/performance piece. I definitely admire your creativity and talent because Lord knows, not just anybody can do what you do. Keep it up.

This is and interesting and brilliant allegory. If only our lives could be that easy…if mistakes were so easily put right.

This is a shining piece and very skillfully crafted.

Welcome to Triond, ManofGod14. I look forward to reading more of your work very soon.

    God bless

Very creative metaphor. Is this about love, or a lost love? This would be a great premise for a romance novel. Just an idea. Please post again soon. You have a very unique way of expression. You’ll go far with that.

I am amazed how far the human mind can stretch. This is very artistic.

We can be quite a mess until we get straightened out.
