Friend

When you feel kind of bad 

on the inside you’re kind of sad

the person who makes you mend 

is known as a friend

when you’re in some kind of a torture  

and the day is a total scorcher

the one who makes it end

is infact a friend

when you feel kind of down

when you are forced to frown 

the one who makes you ascend

is really your friend

when you’re awfully bored 

your excitement has been pierced by a sword

the one who has time to spend

is in reality your friend

when you’re very alone 

when you are all on your own 

the godly person you befriend 

is your best friend
