Funny and Silly Poems made by myself in 6th grade :)

Fun and Silly Poetry

Couplets:                 When I joust with my lance.

I win prizes and romance.

When my mom bakes a cake.

She fills it with fresh Garden snakes.

Triplets:                       Comb your hair.

It’s out of place.

You’re an embarrassment to the human race.

I love to play with my gun.

I must admit it’s really fun.

Whoops, I shot General Washington.

My friend loves to bake.

Although I think he is a fake.

I love his cakes that are filled with snakes.

Parodies:                   Mary had a little lamb.

Who was in the Marine Corps.

It pointed its gun at Mary one day.

And Mary was no more.

Jack and Jill went up the hill to fetch some iron ore.

Jack brought his mace.

But he threw it in Jill’s face.

And p.s.: she lived no more.

Diamantes:                                    Birds.

Winged, Feathered.

Flying, Soaring, Scavenging.

Unstoppably symbolic flying creatures.

Diving, Turning, Leading.

Sleek, Symbolic.

Peace.

SmartBoard.

Large, squarelike.

Touching, coloring, erasing.

Needed for correcting work.

Helping, teaching, presenting.

Bright, awesome.

Fun.

Limericks:                     My teacher is called Mr. Ervin.
