A poem about ending the games, because it just feels so Good…

Image via Wikipedia

Lets play one last game, shall we?
We’ll use the pieces of my broken heart,
To help you move past me.

You can go first, and roll the dice,
Just like you gambled with our love,
And let any chance suffice.

You can count the spaces as you move,
Though I could never count on you,
And you always had something to prove.

Winning will be your sole goal,
With no regard to the journey,
And “player” as your familiar role.

I’ll let you think you won this final game,
As you always name the target,
Regardless of the aim.

As you relish, a twist will immediately ensue,
As I’ll end this madness with goodbye.
Game Over, baby, it’s MY victory’s debut!
