Games and War.

I serve my land in Call of Duty 3
what a coward I must be
There are no atheists in foxholes
but at least they serve their country

All I’ve seen is fun warfare
as I dig myself into my lazyboy chair
killing enemies with my animated M16
the land of Afgahistan I’ve never seen

A boy armed with a controller
A rifle has never hugged my shoulder
Nor have I stared down my sights at a man
I’m just a boy, and real warfare I’ll never understand

This is so very true. Thanks for sharing.

If more people picked up game controllers instead of guns the world would be a safer place.
