worth every scent
First it started locally
and then it grew
from extended neighborhoods
Then extended other counties too
Newest to the oldest
pretty and mudane
some sound really hot while other’s lame
Gene’s Corner is sinking fast
and one can almost see
the drive-in amoungst the V.W. sea
Surrounded by V.W.’s in every shape and size
each one with a story
just within  it’s owner’s eyes
not just a chance for a trophy
but a story in which to share
with other V.W. drivers
who’ve driven and who care.
