Genuine peace covers several aspects of life, such as love, faith, hope and trust — an edifice that stands on a solid foundation, shared by those with unity of purpose and an undying desire toward fulfiullment.
Genuine peace is a tower that permits
no stairways of suspicion;
Genuine peace is a metal that rejects
corrosion and attrition;
Genuine peace is an incandescence,
defying darkness and gloom,
The only known prescription
with plenty of elbow room,
Affording no strange concessions
to solutions deemed unjust,
Lending itself to everything
standing on solid trust;
It’s a rope that’s made secure
and fastened taut and tight
Around some fierce embodiments
of brutal force and might;
It’s a mirror of unshaken faith
that clearly well reflects
An undistorted, general view
of precious sound effects;
It’s directives universal,
elucidated in summation,
Tranquilizes stubborn egos
and smoothens its abrasion;
It’s the only ladder reaching
to the top with rungs of hope
That can further be extended
with no limit to its scope;
While the earth is overburdened
with needs that never cease,
The world at large is better served
when it comes to genuine peace.
