essential
goods,
cannot be
made!
Water,
Electric,
Gas,
Petrol,
Oil,
Heating Fuel,
Aviation Fuel,
cannot
be
paid!
Nothing
moves!
Nothing
improves,
only
gets
worse!
Scavengers
arise!
Crime is
rife!
The prisons
full!
Police
and
Army,
cannot
cope!
They are
reluctant,
to
shoot,
the
ordinary
Folk!
Complete shut down
is
in
every
Town!
So
get
ready,
for,
War!
In
every
Land
and
between
Countries!
