Get up and walk, friend
 
Trust no friend and fear no foe
When it is not enough to walk
Then begin to run,
And run as hard as your feet
Can carry you
Give to life all
That you can give to it, friend
And do not hold anything back
For it is only one brief life
And there is a mission
To be accomplished
And when to run
Is not enough,
Then spread out your wings and fly
Soar as high as you can
For there are no barriers in space
But only in your mind
Get up and reach out for your dreams!
