We must Glory in God and lift Him up in Praise and in every aspect of our lives. We must not glory or life up ourselves or any other man.
God forbid that I should glory
Save in the Cross of Christ alone.
All else will be defeated.
Idle idols made unknown.
When I think of all I’ve done
And accomplished here on earth,
I minimize that God has through me
Blest others in spite of self.
When the king took upon him
Glory that he had not earned
God forced him from his kingdom
And he ate grass for seven years.
My life on earth is not important
Only as I yield to Christ.
I am but an empty vessel
Yielded to the LORD”S control.
God has blessed me with abundance
Everything I have is His.
My part amounts to nothing
All to me He did impart.
All to thee I do surrender
All that I have done and have.
Nothing of myself is worthy.
But by Thy grace and mercy shown.
Galatians 6:14
