There is one we love
We worship and adore him
He created the World the Universe
He gave us his only son

When we are down
Or are in trouble
We can talk to him
He listens and helps

Through our prays he listens
Through our actions he speaks
His love helps us achieve
To overcome adversity

As we are tempted by Satan
God shows us righteousness
We will battle evil
With God on our side

He welcomes us to heaven
For eternal happiness
A reward for leading a life
Following God’s path

That Christian spirit
Doing unto others
Helping those less fortunate
Spreading the word of God

Oh Lord please accept me
