God sent me on this earth to look after you,
See he knows I will love you with all my heart,
he knows I will be there for you and that I will be true.
and he knew all of this from the start.
When you get down, he knew i’d make you smile,
he knew i’d always be by your side,
and that I would love you for a very long while,
and all your feelings from me you won’t hide.
God sent you on this earth to look after me,
he knew how happy you’d make me be,
he knew you would love me until the end,
I am glad it is you he chose to send.
When I feel low you make everything fine,
he knew you wouldn’t hurt me ever,
I guess that’s the reason he made you mine,
cos he knew we’d be together forever.
