What God as said in his word.

Heard people say, “God spoke to me” and I’d sit and wonder, “how did he do that”?

I’ve never been quiet enough to hear him.

Asked him to heal my father, then my mother and he said,

“O’ my soul, do not be discouraged.  Do not be upset.  Expect me to act.”

We prayed day, night and fasted.  He heard and answered, “to be absent from the body is to be present with me.”  And my spirit was comforted.

When my son had a serious injury to his legs, the doctors didn’t know if he would survive,

The prayer warriors got right on it Praising a mighty God and “he listened and heard our cries, he lifted him out of the pit of despair, out from the bog and mire and set his feet on hard, firm path and steadied him as he walked along.

When I begin to get annoyed with people and some of the things they’d say or do, and he told me, “do not be eager to tell others their faults for we all make many mistakes”.  He had already told me to watch my mouth because “the tongue is a small thing but what enormous damage it can do.”

He told me to “love the Lord my God with all my heart, soul, strength and mind and to love you as myself”.

Sometimes I talk and talk for he is a good listener and when he needs to, God speaks to me.
