Oh Lord, teach me to pray
To trust in your dear strength
For only you know the way

If I lift my eyes to Your Son

When I answer Your tender call
I find deep encouragement therein
There is none so great as You
Your love has covered my sin

Dear Father, your love shows me how
To reach others who darkness see
Your encouragement deeply moves me
To share with others what you’ve shown me

No matter dark experiences or bright
Help me to remember still
That in Your hands my heart You hold
I am Yours –forever- to shape and mould
