To err is human, forgiveness divine….
In a certain kingdom, A king wanted to bring together all his wealth and prepare to be rated as one of the richest in the world and have a feast over his achievements. He called on all those who are indebted to him to begin to repay all they owe him. and they all began to do likewise. Then this process began, many paid up and it got to the turn of a fellow who could not pay. The king expected him to pay up in other to boost up his capital.
NB (Any one who borrows money then is a servant to the lender)
Because it was a huge amount Walt over 200,000,000 (million dollar) this upset the king so much that he commanded him, his property and entire house hold to be sold till he pays up all he owes. this servant pleaded with him while falling to the floor ’’master have patience with me and I will pay you all ‘’ the master looked at him with compassion and pity and told him not to pay back anymore (what a charity).
This fellow goes out with over happiness for 3 main reasons
(1) he is free from debt.
(2) his family is no longer to be sold as slaves.
(3) He finally became richer.
I know that at this point those who has paid up will be jealous of him. But lo and behold he throws away his masters kindness. He saw on the way a fellow servant who owe him a little money, chocked him and demanded for the pay. This other pleaded with him ‘’have patience with me and I will pay you all’’ he refused and put him in a prison till he pays all. Look I accept this if only his master deferred the date of the payment but it wasn’t so. What about the money and compassion his master gave to him. Those fellows who were jealous of him went back to the king. These words upset the king so much that he commanded him to be in torture till he pays all that was due.
This KINGDOM is the kingdom of God and likewise will be done to all those
Who refuse to forgive any man or woman friend or enemy who has wronged him. Matt18;35.
