If you write 10 or 20 post per day do they really all get seen? With so many writers on Triond who really has the time to look at each and every article you write especially if you write so many.

I wrote a good article,

but the problem you see

I am sure  that many will agree.

that if I write 10 articles on

the same exact day.

People will take notice,

because, they are neatly displayed,

but, they won’t have time

to read each and every article.

So some of the articles I write,

will go unnoticed like a

puff of smoke.

Why write so many at once?

all the hard work you do

it sits there and takes up space.

so sad, what a pity and a great waste.

now if I write one or two articles

per day.  All will have time to

enjoy, and let the words roll around

their tongues like fine wine.

I use to write so many article in one day and it never got me anywhere, because people just don’t have the spare time to read each post. When you are supporting so many writers you want to give everyone a chance.

You’re right diamond – if one of my friends has more than about 3 or 4 posts in a day, I’m not going to read all of them. Honestly, I generally don’t get the time to read more than a couple from each friend each day. And when many friends are posting all at once, that may drop to one per friend. It gets even worse if I am trying to post something of my own as well.

    I agree with you Diamondpoet.Me I only write 1 or 2 articles a day.

I think it depends on what you are writing. If you write just keep in the mind of Triond’s friends only then some of your articles/poems can go unnotice. But if you write good poems or articles readers from out of Triond will always come to read.

Great minds think alike! I also have this thinking (but for me, also an excuse not to write much…)
Usually people will be busy and may only read our most recent article, and those slightly earlier ones will have “no business”, ha ha…
I don’t even write 1 or 2 articles a day, I write whenever the “bulb” suddenly light up in my head, but also limited…I don’t do much research, I only write my own poems/stories.

I stopped writing so much as I used to because I just don’t get the time but some of my old articles are still making money!

    Very true. Few is better.

  • Christine Ramsay on Feb 23, 2010

You are so right. I generally only have time to read one or two posts from each friend per day, and I only put a couple of posts a week myself on now, which is much easier to keep to. Good work.

I always try to read all the new articles from friends. If you write quality work, be sure somebody somewhere, not everybody, will read it.

  • Olive B. on Feb 23, 2010

yes i agree; many times i only can read a few and i feel bad but unfortunately the world isnt made of time…i only write one every few days so no worries there

Great advice..I’m new to this. I love it but can burn your self out fast.

  • drelayaraja on Feb 23, 2010

Well said and analysed. I too feel that few posts a day will give the readers the time they need to digest all.

  • giftarist on Feb 23, 2010

Yeah, I agree. I just write 1 or 2 articles per day.
