A poem about an orphan who has true worth.
Golden Orphan and Dull Aristocrats
Having no one call upon
Knowing his Parents are dead and gone
Having so little rations
His lonely life has no other option
While they live like kings in the overlooking castle
Recognizing the life they live is ever so blissful
They feast with an astonishing amount of food
Growing fat they stay in an unrealistic mood
Going cold in the dead of night
Orphans have the power to have an insight
They steal from the rich and take their daily bread
By the end of the day they might even be dead.
Aristocrats see no honor in street rats
While all they do is live in the cozy castle gaining fat
Not knowing the outside world all they know is what’s been taught
Orphans live on a daily basis and only worry about getting caught
One lives excluded from the world while the other enjoys it
One was given everything while the other had everything taken
Dull in experience the aristocrat seems unfit
To take the little orphans well deserved token
Cursed with nothing since birth
God treasures the orphan and shows him his worth
