What does it matter?

He was tall and very heavy set,

She was small and short of stature.

But it did not matter in the least,

The difference in their physiques.

They sincerely liked each other,

They were such very good friends.

No romance, just real good buddies.

They talked about their problems,

Shared almost all of their good thoughts.

Were inseparable most of the time.

They each found partners eventually,

Yet throughout the rest of their lives,

They still remained  the best of friends.

Goliath and his good buddy Tinkerbelle.

True friendship is as precious as the love of a parent to a child. Your poem was really a good feeling piece of magic.
