Gossip is never pretty, It’s sole purpose is to tear someone down, If the person in question was confronted about the issues that they wanted to discuss then it would have been a meeting of the minds for clarification. If you don\’t have the guts to confront a person to their face or by phone, then shut your mouth in their absence.

I believe in confrontation at times. People are usually intimidated by it and when you do they can\\\’t handle it. A childish reaction it depends on the way they tell you. They are never going to admit that they talked crap behind your back, but at least they know that they can\\\’t mess with you next time. I prefer confrontation over passive aggressive behavior

Gossip can be a very destructive thing. And it’s so easy to fall into the habit of participating in gossip.

I think there are better things to do in life than to waste time Gossiping. People who gossip should be held responsible for their actions, yes. But the problem is, many of them are too shrewd and get away. At least that is what I have seen in my life.
