We got some news the other day

Another wonderful grandchild is on the way.

Andy and Jayne came in with Jessica in tow.

They were all smiles, not a hint of woe.

They handed us both a picture.

It was a wonderful sight.

A little tiny bundle

It was a sheer delight.

The baby’s due in April,

 Jayne said with a smile.

Not sure if it’s a boy or girl

You’ll have to wait awhile.

A little boy for Andy

I think would be just right.

But boy or girl what ever it will be

Will bring us all delight.

So welcome to the family

Dear baby number two.

One thing is for sure

We will all love the socks off you.
