Becoming a Grand parent is really wonderful

for that life privilege I am grateful

something is special about a grand child

that fill a gap in life’s last miles

when our children have all grown

and we are left feeling lost and alone

a grand child can be a blessing so grand

it’s a joy to once again hold a little hand

a grand parent feels re-newed again

when life often begins to seem dim

grand children are a joy and a delight

a reward to once again make life bright
