Oppression rears its ugly head
It’s time for things to be said,
They are here among us for,
The last 400 years, this
People whom we say,”needs
To step back from each other
These days,” bigotry is here,
Alive and well, with these
Folks they go at each other,
Every day and night, this
Activity has to stop if they
Are to grow as a Great People,
This black on black stuff is never
Ending their prejudice for each
Other is sad, when these people
Should be glad, they try and blame
Others for their injustice, for their
Faults, and never suck it up, and
Go on toward their great prize
That’s seen in their eyes, while
They walk to the other side,
They fight each other along the
Way as they pray for a better
Day when they can say, “it’s
Up to us to change, and not
Go back to our old ways..
