… for the love of Jesus.

Had it not been… for God’s love,
Making a way for us.
Had it not been… for the cross,
We would all be lost.

Had it not been… for Hi grace,
We would never behold His face.
Had it not been… for Jesus,
To live would be no reason.

Had it not been… for Calvary,
No one would be free.
Had it not been… for the Blood of Christ,
We would never rise.

Had it not been… for His mercy,
Our eternal hope wouldn’t be.
Had it not been… for love,
No eye could look to God above.

Had it not been for the day He came.
Had it not been for His miraculous grace.
Had it not been…

Great message – we owe our eternity to the mercy of God. We have also received a priceless gift from those who shared the love of God and the message of salvation with us. Thank you, Melinda for doing just that with the poems that you write and post here. You are doing God’s work here.
