Just for fun.


Eat, sleep, surf net, watch TV
Sit many hours, buttock may sink
Stretch may prevent this
Stand, do something
Raise your arms and bend your body
Keep legs straight, tummy in
Early to sleep and rise
Eat healthy and do exercise
That’s good, and very nice
Sounds easy, good advice
But I may be lazy, but I will try
Tomorrow, may I?
