A poem for Halloween.

On Halloween night this year,
I will dress up as a witch.
If anyone dares laugh at me,
I will hit them with a switch.

I will wear a black silk dress,
along with a large pointed hat.
Sitting on the floor next to me,
will be Midnight my faithful cat.

Propped over in the far corner,
will stand my favorite broom.
I will stir up a magic potion,
then fly all around the room.

Once Halloween night is over,
I will be myself once more.
In the morning you may find me,
lying face down on the floor.

Really amusing write. I’d say you’d make a good witch, Darla. In the nicest possible way.
