Have you ever just wanted to throw your hands up

And say to heck with it all

Every day it crosses my mind

For it feels my life is stuck on stall.

Every day I begin with a plan

Of things I must get done

But never do I do it all

How can my Victory come.

I need success and I need it now

Just One Hint would go a long way

I can’t give up – too many reasons to win

I keep feeling close -  hope today’s the day.

My mind’s a mess

My thoughts confused

I worry each day

About decisions I choose.

Yet in my heart I truly feel

My success is very near

Even though I have no evidence

I still believe it’ll come this year.

So I’ll continue forward

For as long as I can

Believing I will win

As I believe in who I am.

And my dreams didn’t come from nowhere

I believe God gave them to me

So I believe He guides me every day

To who my dreams say I will be.
