A continuation of the Fish Chronicles. This poem was written by the author in time for her crabby honey’s birthday in 2005.
I am a Happy Fish,
Granted by God with my one wish…
For me to find no less than pure bliss..
In the company of someone who’d proudly call me “His”.
That prayer I enveloped in a hiss…
With so much faith I know I wouldn’t miss…
The miraculous answer that would surely please,
What my heart wants and my fervent wish…
July 13th is the date,
On which God specially did create…
That person whose love for me is so great,
And the very reason why I was made.
On that special date,
I will forever celebrate…
How lucky I am for my fate…
And for being blessed with a CRABBY HONEY for a mate.
