It may take years, or even a lifetime, but everyone will find their harmony.
As the cycles must find balance,
God must know all the allowance.
And as species’ find unity,
God has named this goal harmony.
He planned for Earth to live as one,
Though wound up killing all he’d done.
Man took over this role they found,
And left god to weep without a sound.
The circle of life, set on track,
Was like a ball without a crack.
It’d roll forever, had it not been,
For the horrid ways of a human.
People killing without pity,
Burning nature for a city,
Harming the Earth and all her beings,
Caused the downfall of many things.
Though in the midst of this chaos,
Harmony never was at a loss.
No, harmony was not forlorn,
But rather, it was just reborn.
The Earth was hurt, that much was known;
Unity gone and cycles blown.
Alignment was off, everyone knew.
Yet something was churning, quite anew.
This great species had different ways.
They did not fight to live their days.
Instead their life was built on love,
Which was not designed from above.
Harmony took another form,
This one, an arrow driven storm.
It’s a caring heart; a lasting touch;
A mere smile that means so much;
It’s a mushy letter one kept;
The comforting of one that wept;
It’s a bond that never worsens;
It’s harmony of two persons.
People may spend their life in wait,
For unity that is their fate.
They search and search for man or wife,
They search for balance in their life.
For years they may wallow alone,
As they await love of their own.
Though such a worry cannot harm me,
I believe I’ve found my harmony.
