A guy realizing that he misses a girl he was once in a relationship with.

The rain pours
Clouds roll in
Days grow long
You’re all alone
Sitting there
Staring into space
You hear no sound
You see a glimpse of her
Her hair blowing in the wind
A soft smile upon her face
She slowly turns away
You blink and realize that she’s not there
You begin to wonder what it meant
Seeing her face again
You go about the day, trying not to think about it
Her image sneaking in
The leaves begin to turn and start to fall
White flakes cover the ground
It’s been a year since you left her
Now what can you do
She haunts your memory
Day after day
Why?
You have no clue.
Then you realize maybe why
Her memory returned back to you
A day just like any other
You see her from afar
You realize you miss her.

well-written with the thought perfectly delivered.. I pity that man who let go of that woman.

Gosh, I feel more and more dumb everyday since the day I told her it was over.

I’m sorry about your situation Nelford… I really wish you the best and that the two of you may get back together. If its really meant to be, she’ll come back, but if she doesn’t, yes it’ll hurt, but you then will know there are bigger plans and someone even better out there for you. It may be hard to see at first, but everything just takes time.

    Wishing you the best,

    ~Holly
