Lyrical poem.

He cried and she would stroke his hair
He cried and she came to his side
He cried and she showed he’s her pride
He cried and she was always there

Oh mother you love your son so
For him you would give all you know
He’d shine and you’d stand in his glow
For him you would bear any blow

He cried and she would fix his food
He cried and she cleaned up his room
He cried ‘cause she failed she’d assume
He cried never knowing it’s crude

Oh mother you love your son so
Yet why won’t you let a man grow
He still has so much he can show
Time’s passed for you two to let go

He cried for his friends were too few
He cried ‘cause the money was good
He cried now assuming he should
She died and now what will he do

My son is a Momma’s boy but at the same time, very independent. I never hold him back! Nice song! Great work!

I like the integration of poetry with a video. Nice and pretty funny.
