Venue to him is not his concern

Pond, deep sea or road side

Doesn’t matter, it’s a delight

Even if the weather is bad

Even you think that’s mad

He just love this leisure

It’s his life great pleasure

Star, I think there is a lack of road block sign. So, they simply have a man sitting there fishing, to warn others. Hope you enjoy my crazy thought.
