We work for money, to pay are bills

As Congressmen sit ,high on hills

Everyone has a point of view .

Yet none of us know what to do.

Ailing nation growing old ,health care growing smaller,

Senators bank accounts ,seem to be getting taller.

President makes desperate moves ,and media beats it down.

Debating every inch, until its buried in the ground.

Children without coverage, in every single city,

Think insurance companies, are giving any pity.

Medicare at all time high, funding all time low.

People facing all time crisis ,nowhere left to go.

Budget cuts and cash for clunkers ,whats this all about.

Could someone help me try, to figure this one out.

The thing that burns me  most, is gas is still real high .

If we’re  in a recession ,how in hell does this stuff fly.

It seems to me, if banks and lobbyist ,were all aloud to flop

then people would find a way , to make this madness stop.

United we stand ,divided we fall, so lean on me my friend .

And lets come up with reasons ,why this sadness has to end.

It all starts with you and me ,and seven point nine billion more ,

to be the planet that survived ,the world of stupidity war .
