High fives given by Maru, the neko (cat) from Japan. Just a little piece to bring some sunshine in a gloomy world.

A white paw raises high,
giving you a high five.

Eliciting a smile,
that will last for a while.

With sorrow dissipating,
and contentment emanating.

Giving you that hope,
at the end of your rope.
